TeamCP Added

The TeamCP has been made live and students may now make teams for the upcoming contests. The TeamCP is still in testing so if you find any bugs in them please e-mail dan@compsci.ca about them. Next week the TeacherCP will be made live and teacher accounts will be activated. We are still planing to have a beta test before the 1st contest of this year.
